What is Included With Your Monthly Fee
Weekly removal of household garbage( 4, 30-35 gallon size bags OR 8, 13 gallon size bags is included) and recyclables (normal weekly accumulation) for ONE household. Please have garbage out by 7am. Recycle guide is available on our website. Please make sure your tie your bags. We cannot take loose garbage.
We ask that you please do not send cash with drivers. We want to make sure your payment arrives safely and cannot ensure that it will be applied to your account if you send cash with your driver or leave it on your cans.
What Costs Extra
Overage Bags (excessive amounts of household trash, cleanout, move in or move out trash) The fee for extra bags is $1 per extra bag for 13 gallon size bags and $2 per extra bag for 30-35 gallon size bags, not exceeding 20lbs per bag.
Yard Waste please leave payment( check or money order) with yard waste to be taken.
The fees are as follows:
dried leaves are $2 per bag for 20lbs or less 13-35 gallon size bag.
wet leaves, shrub clippings, sticks and twigs up to 30lbs per bag are $3 per bag
bags 13-35 gallon size bag between 30-50lbs are $4 each
grass clippings are $5 per bag
Christmas trees are $15 each
Industrial sized bag not weighing over 50lbs are $5 per bag (bags over 50lbs will not be taken)
Special Pickups available by appointment only for additional fee please call or see your driver to arrange pickup for large items: furniture, appliances, construction or remodeling waste, televisions, desk top computers, grills, lawn mowers, or heavy yard equipment, hot water heaters, home, garage or basement cleanout, large amounts of move in/out cardboard, large amounts of trash, carpeting and large rugs, large yard toys, toilets, large or heavy household items, air conditioners, dehumidifiers
Delinquent Account Payment your payment for service is required by the due by date to avoid an additional fee of $10 that is charged to offset the costs of the rebilling process
Bounced Checks a fee of $35 will be charged for returned checks which funds are not collectable or funds are insufficient
Seasonal/Pausing Service If you are going out of town for more than 30 consecutive days please reach out to us on our website under the seasonal customers page. We need to know in advance so we can adjust our route and make corrections to your account.
Items we Can Not Take
Paint in liquid form, hazardous chemicals or waste, syringes or medical bi hazards that are not properly disposed of in thick plastic bottle (bleach or detergent bottles work well) , automobile (batteries, oil, tires, antifreeze), fluorescent tube lights (they contain mercury vapor which is toxic and hazardous when they burst), Please contain in 2 large bags end to end and tape together completely sealed in order to be taken
Snow Days
Please have trash out by 7 a.m. on regular pickup day
If your pickup day is on or after a day or days of inclement weather your trash pickup day or pickup time MAY be altered or moved ahead. We will put every effort into picking up trash for as many customers as we can possibly get to safely in times of inclement weather, but keeping everyone safe, preventing injury, and preventing truck or property damage will take priority. Thank you in advance for your patience and consideration during times of hazardous road conditions. We typically wait until the weather has stopped or we know what road conditions are before making decisions regarding garbage pickup alterations.
