Hurricane Update

As we are all trying to put our lives back together after the storm I wanted to reach out with some helpful information about clean up.

The county is taking yard debris and household cleanout items for free. We have been asked not to bring the debris to the landfill. For more information about how the county is handling the cleanup efforts the website is here https://www.hendersoncountync.gov/em/page/storm-debris-cleanup

Road Closures,

If we can get to your residence we will be picking you up on your normal day. If your road is closed or impassable then (if you can) please reach out to us and let us know so we can stop your service until the roadways are clean. We will do everything we can to get to you as long as our truck can reach your house safely.

We cannot take tree limbs or long branches as it tears up the truck, What we can take is as follows in our guidelines

Yard Waste please leave payment( check or money order) with yard waste to be taken.

  • The fees are as follows:

  • dried leaves are $2 per bag for 20lbs or less 13-35 gallon size bag.

  • wet leaves, shrub clippings, sticks and twigs up to 30lbs per bag are $3 per bag

  • bags 13-35 gallon size bag between 30-50lbs are $4 each

  • grass clippings are $5 per bag

  • Christmas trees are $15 each

  • Industrial sized bag not weighing over 50lbs are $5 per bag (bags over 50lbs will not be taken)

We appreciate your patience with us and we will try to get to emails as they come depending on cell service and internet. We hope you are all safe and well after this disaster.

Thank You!

HWR
